Bend forward at a 45-degree angle in a non-padded bra, then measure around the fullest part of your bust.

Step 2. Take your underbust measurement

Stand up straight and wrap the tape around your back at your bra band's level, then check the chart to find your band size.

Step 3. Work out your cup size
