SHIPPING POLICY

Isola is dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review the shipping information below carefully before placing your order.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Depending on your location, orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your shipment's progress.
All orders are delivered free of charge. We cover the shipping costs for every order with no minimum order value required.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
The total delivery time consists of two stages:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Shipping Time: 5-10 business days
You can therefore expect your order within 6-13 business days from the date of purchase in most cases. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
DELIVERY NOTES
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, please note that occasional delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes during sales or peak seasons
- Customs processing
- Carrier-related delays outside of our control
In any case, our maximum delivery time is 20 business days. If your order has not arrived within this period, please contact us at info@isolaworld.com and we will investigate and find a solution for you.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives with missing items or is damaged, please contact us at info@isolaworld.com within 7 days of delivery. When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging (for damaged shipments)
- A photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims)
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
NOTE ON PACKAGING DAMAGE
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if the outer packaging is damaged during transit while the item itself remains fully intact and usable, the order will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking information shows that your order has been marked as "Delivered" but you have not received the package, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Please also provide us with proof of loss or an official claim confirmation from the carrier.
Claims for orders marked as delivered are not eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us at info@isolaworld.com as soon as possible. We will check whether your order is already in transit and advise you on what changes are still possible.
- Address changes: Shipping address updates may be possible up until the order reaches the last-mile carrier. Once the package has been handed over for final delivery, address changes are no longer possible.
- Product or quantity changes: Changes to products or quantities must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order is automatically prepared for fulfillment and changes can no longer be made.
We always do our best to assist where possible, but modifications depend on the fulfillment status of your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing your order or until it has been fulfilled. After this period, the order may already be in the shipping process and cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has already been shipped, please use our Return Policy instead.
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@isolaworld.com if you wish to cancel your order. Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing your order.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- We ship to addresses within the United States.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
